Ordering

Please check the order summary carefully before submitting it. We will communicate any inability to accept or fulfil the purchase. A paid order that we cannot supply will be refunded, and a replacement will not be imposed without your consent.

Prices and payment

Prices and payments are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Applicable taxes and any optional service costs are shown before you confirm payment; standard delivery is free. Select a payment method actually offered in checkout. If a genuine price or description error affects your order, we will explain the issue and seek your agreement to a correction or provide cancellation and a refund; we will not impose a higher price after payment without agreement.

Delivery and returns

Accepted Canadian orders include standard shipping at no charge. Processing takes 1–2 business days before dispatch, followed by 4–6 business days of shipping, or approximately 5–8 business days overall. If an item is not right for you, ask for a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving it. Our change-of-mind promise does not require you to justify the decision. Once a return or exchange is approved, its return postage is our responsibility. A prepaid label or equivalent free arrangement will be provided. There is no restocking charge. Changes, cancellation and use

Contact us promptly to request cancellation or an address change. We will explain what can still be changed before dispatch and the available rights if the goods have shipped. Use the website lawfully and provide accurate information needed for your transaction. Policy updates apply prospectively and do not remove rights attached to an existing order.

Responsibility and applicable rights

We remain responsible for the obligations imposed on us by applicable law. No term excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or makes you waive mandatory warranties, remedies, complaint rights or access to courts. These policies do not limit rights or remedies provided by applicable Canadian federal, provincial or territorial law. Mandatory consumer protections prevail over any inconsistent term. Contact us about a dispute so we can try to resolve it; this does not require you to give up an external complaint or legal remedy.
