Currency and total

The payment currency is CAD, Canadian dollars. Please check the final item amounts and any applicable tax in checkout before proceeding.

Available methods

Use one of the payment methods displayed in the live checkout for your order. Availability may depend on your device, provider and transaction; a method is supported only when it is actually offered there. Standard shipping is free. Any optional service and its cost must be shown before you confirm it.

Payment security

Enter sensitive payment information only in the secure checkout fields provided for that purpose. Payment providers carry out authorisation and security checks. Do not send full card numbers, security codes, passwords or authentication codes to customer service. If a payment attempt is unclear, contact us with the order reference and check with your payment provider before retrying.

Authorisations and refunds

A pending authorisation may appear before a charge is completed; its release timing is controlled by the payment provider. Refund processing takes no more than 10 business days after approval and returns the money to your original payment method. Bank or card statements usually update 5–10 business days later. Contact us if an approved refund remains missing beyond those periods.
